Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a different delivery method than our standard option).

Refunds will be made without delay and within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever happens first.

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days from the date you inform us of the cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
