Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Recharge UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. and consumers (§ 13 BGB) concluded through our online store.

2. Contract Partner & Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the “Buy now” or “Place order” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Products

We sell lymphatic drainage compression pants and massage guns, exclusively to consumers within the European Union.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. Payment can be made using any method offered by Shopify (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after payment has been received. The goods will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Policy:
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (limited to standard shipping), within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

For defects:

  • Consumer goods: 2 years from delivery
  • Guarantee conditions: as stated in the respective product description (if offered)

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for personal injury, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”) and only for foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Recharge UG, provided the buyer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
